Rampages Yearbook

The yearbook class, also known as the Rampages Staff makes the HHS yearbook. It is an application class and requires each member to be disciplined, motivated, and a hard worker.

Staff members have to sell $1,000 in advertisement to make the yearbook possible. This is 20-30% of the member's grade. The class covers how to write copy, sport stories, features, captions, proofread copy, to set up copy and how to use Indesign program to set up the book pages. After the yearbook goes to print in March the Rampages Staff covers all of the spring sports and spring events for the next year's yearbook. The members are required to cover 3 events within each season.

The staff's goal is to have a large percentage of the student body in the yearbook. The cover and senior section are always in color and the rest of the book is in black and white.

Students interested in applying for this class can find applications on the stairway bookcase across from the Attendance Office. Letters of recommendation are needed from the student's English teachers in order to apply.
