Senior Cole Darling received All State for the second year in a row along with MVP for the offensive side of the ball. Cole has been working hard his whole high school career on his basketball skills, constantly improving and increases his abilities on and off the court. He believes that the amount of hard work that he has put in throughout the days and nights of training finally paid off when he received these awards and a few other awards as well. He also said that he would not have received these awards without the help from his teammates. Cole has also received the All-Conference 1st Team and All-Academic awards. He is most proud of his senior statistics averaging 21 points and 11 rebounds per game. He is also proud of taking part in the 1,000 point club, scoring 1,000 points throughout his career at Holt. After high school, Cole will attend Wright State to play basketball and begin his studies.
