The team practices in the high school weight room two days a week, girls on Tuesdays and Thursdays, boys on Mondays and Wednsdays. At every meet, each team member does their best squat, bench press, and dead lift and they place based on the total weight they lift. Their main goal is to get everyone to qualify and place at states. They plan on pushing each other to work hard at every practice and setting individual goals as well. This is Zajac's first year as head coach, and they are expecting the season to go really well.
